Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 June 2026. Operator: Pangaea Capital trading as Company Insurance SG.
By accessing or using Company Insurance SG (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the Site
Company Insurance SG is an independent comparison and lead-referral platform for Singapore commercial-insurance products. We:
- Publish editorial summaries of business-insurance products available in Singapore across 17 commercial-insurance verticals.
- Forward quote enquiries to Anapi Pte Ltd (anapi.co), our MAS-licensed Singapore insurance broker partner, who calls and emails the enquirer and places risk with carriers on its panel.
- Publish educational content on Singapore regulatory requirements (WICA, MOM foreign-worker insurance, MAS notices, PDPA).
We are not:
- A holder of a Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Financial Adviser licence.
- A licensed insurance broker or agent.
- An insurer or underwriter.
- A licensed Financial Advice Provider under the Financial Advisers Act 2001.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on this Site is financial, legal, tax or insurance advice. The content is general educational information about Singapore commercial-insurance products. Insurance is a complex, regulated product and the right policy for your circumstances depends on specifics we cannot assess from a web page. Before purchasing any policy you should:
- Read the actual policy wording in full.
- Obtain advice from a MAS-licensed insurance broker.
- Consider whether the product is suitable for your specific business circumstances.
3. Broker partner — Anapi Pte Ltd
Quote requests submitted through this Site are routed under PDPA consent to Anapi Pte Ltd (trading as Anapi), a Singapore insurance broker licensed by MAS under the Insurance Act 1966. Anapi will contact you to scope your risk and place enquiries with carriers on its panel.
We receive a referral fee from Anapi for enquiries we route to them, disclosed under section 23B of the Financial Advisers Act 2001. Anapi's panel composition, terms of engagement and complaints handling are governed by Anapi's own client documentation which Anapi will provide directly to you.
4. Editorial independence
The editorial rank, ordering and content of insurer profiles and policy summaries on this Site is determined by the Company Insurance SG editorial team and is not influenced by referral-fee economics. Where an insurer publishes only a proposal form or brochure (rather than a full policy wording), we disclose that with a visible badge on the relevant page.
5. Accuracy and completeness
Editorial content is prepared in good faith from publicly available insurer documents and Singapore legislation as in force at the date of writing. Policy wordings, statutes and regulatory guidance change. Always rely on the current policy wording issued by the insurer and the current legislation when making a decision. We accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information on this Site.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to insurer corporate pages, MAS, MOM, ACRA, IRAS, PDPC and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Intellectual property
All Site content, branding, design and code (other than insurer logos, wording extracts and statutory citations) is the property of Pangaea Capital. You may copy short editorial extracts for personal, non-commercial reference with a citation. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the Site for commercial use without prior written consent.
Insurer logos are reproduced via logo.dev and remain the property of the respective insurers. Policy-wording extracts remain the property of the issuing insurer and are reproduced for editorial commentary under fair- dealing principles.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Pangaea Capital's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to S$100. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one in force when you access the Site, indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
